Herbal sauna
An aromatic herbal sauna has a visibly positive effect on the body. The character of the sauna is based on the use of various healing herbal essences. Inhaling steam with the aroma of medicinal plants relaxes the airways. Radiant heat and herbal steam are optimal for the care of skin, hair, respiratory tract and rid your body of impurities.
Steam sauna
The steam sauna uses the pleasant effects of heat, moist steam, aromatic essences and peace. In contrast to the climate in a classic dry sauna, a steam room is a moist, warm bath. Air humidity and a relatively low temperature together create a climate that is beneficial for the human body in many ways. In the steam sauna, you will get a pleasant feeling of recovery, regenerate and relax.
Salt sauna
The sauna with a temperature of 45 °C and humidity up to 100% combines thermal effects with the effect of salt on the human body. Salt has beneficial effects on the skin – it ensures its natural peeling and general circulation. The salt steam sauna is extremely suitable for allergies, colds and all respiratory diseases, rheumatic problems, and for general detoxification of the body.
Finnish sauna
The biggest attraction for customers is the classic Finnish sauna. The principle of Finnish saunas consists in the production of a dry sauna with minimal humidity and a temperature of 90 to 110 degrees. The Finnish sauna is excellent as a prevention against various diseases and increases the body’s resistance. By sweating, all toxins are flushed out of the body, and the subsequent cooling increases our hardening.
Bowling
A bowling alley is available for guests of the Slameny Dom**** hotel. Bowling is an ideal place for socializing and having fun with friends. Bowling facilities are also suitable for organizing various company events, social events and friendly meetings.
